Tin-Starr Children’s Home is a highly effective treatment program and healing refuge for medically fragile children in Texas foster care. Our organization is seeking help as we conduct our first capital campaign to purchase and renovate a new facility which will then be called the Tin-Starr Children’s Ranch. Tin-Starr is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for youth who need them most. We are working toward achieving that goal through our new Capital Campaign. Tin-Starr is a 501(c) (3) Internal Revenue Service corporation founded in 2007 for the purpose of fostering children’s future successes by helping them to attain maximum health and a quality of life they would not otherwise know due to the extent of abuse and neglect they have suffered.
